Cancellation Policy

Dear Customers,

To ensure your satisfaction with our yacht rental services in Dubai, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. Reservation Cancellation:

   • If a cancellation is made 96 hours before the reservation time, the deposit paid will be retained as a cancellation fee. If full payment has been made, 50% of the paid amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.
   • If a cancellation is made 48 hours before the reservation time, 100% of the paid amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.

2. Cancellation Due to Weather Conditions:

   • In case of cancellation due to bad weather conditions, we offer our guests two options:
     • Rescheduling: You can reschedule your trip to a suitable date.
     • Full Refund: The full amount paid will be refunded.

These policies are designed to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and to provide a fair solution in case of any adverse situations. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
